SO, SO GLAD WE CHOSE NICHOLAS AIRE SYSTEMS!!!
We had the same HVAC unit since our home was first built; 1997. It ran well for many years, but over the past couple of years, we noticed it didn’t seem to work as well, and would make some noises when shutting off that were not normal.

After that, we had a neighbor said NAS was great and to give them a call. Gave NAS a call for a bid on changing everything out. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, and explained that how the unit is installed is extremely important. He was very thorough, explained the newer systems and what he thought we should do. Nick followed up quickly with a very detailed bid. Any new HVAC system is a big expenditure, and we wanted to make sure we went with a professional, qualified and reputable company that would give us great service.

I did end up calling yet another company just to get an idea of what they would charge. This other company has great reviews, but was cheaper. Now, I understand why. They come out and do everything in one day, which sounds good, but after have NAS work here, there is NO WAY they could even come close to what NAS did. Nick removed my water heater and when he installed a new furnace, he put down a nice, clean looking sheet metal. They also completely sealed all around so water would be able to get in. They take every precaution and no short cuts with him!

We have a two story home, and they put all new state-of-the art equipment, bluetooth keypads, etc. Nick’s guys were here for about 4 days and they were working every minute. They were extremely dedicated to make sure no short cuts were taken, and that the job was done properly.

This is a big investment, and we wanted it done right. As I said, we are so, so, so happy we chose NAS.

All the paperwork was provided and very detailed. NAS even registered our system and provided the paperwork – love it!!

I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else. Best installers, best equipment and best customer service, which is very important to us.
