Recording Studio Air Conditioning

At Nicholas Aire Systems we have worked hand in hand with sound engineers to design and install equipment in several recording studios. Recording studios require complete silence when recording any type of voice media or musical instruments. No background noise can be detected when recording. These rooms generate a good amount of heat because they are sealed air tight for noise purposes; this creates a need for heating or air conditioning without detecting any operating noise from the HVAC equipment or any air velocity noise from the circulating fans. This challenge is met by using a multitude of sound attenuation techniques and vibration eliminating devices to keep equipment from penetrating sound from the roof or outer shell of the recording studio.
